Book a Tooth Extraction
Once you have the all-clear for endosteal implants, book an appointment to extract your damaged tooth (teeth). Your dentist may also take this opportunity to perform bone grafting if necessary.

Give the last step at least two weeks, and then head back to the clinic for crown impressions. Your artificial tooth can be removable or permanent and cemented into position.
